  • Serwis4U — for IT support services that may involve access to personal data

All entities entrusted with data processing apply appropriate data protection and security measures as required by law.


Purposes and Processing Activities

Newsletter

If you wish to subscribe to the newsletter, you must provide your email address via the subscription form.

The data provided during subscription is used to send the newsletter. The legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given at the time of subscription.

Data is processed within the ActiveCampaign mailing system and stored on servers provided by ActiveCampaign.

Your data will be processed for as long as the newsletter operates unless you unsubscribe earlier, which will result in deletion of your data from the database.

You may correct your data at any time, request its deletion by unsubscribing, and exercise your right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR.


Email Contact

By contacting us via email or the contact form, you naturally provide us with your email address as the sender. You may also include other personal data in the message.

Your data is processed to contact you, based on your consent resulting from initiating contact (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). After contact ends, the legal basis for further processing is our legitimate interest in archiving correspondence for internal purposes (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Correspondence may be archived, and we cannot determine exactly when it will be deleted. You have the right to request access to archived correspondence and request its deletion unless its retention is justified by overriding interests, such as defense against potential claims.
